Is there a deposit to pay when booking?
No, but we will take your card details for security and we reserve
the right to charge you for the first night of your booking if you
fail to show up or don’t cancel in time.
Is it too late to change my mind?
Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before you’re
due to arrive. After this point we reserve the right to charge you
the first night.
Can I settle the bill when I arrive?
Yes, but we’ll still keep your card details as a guarantee
in case of damage.
Is there satellite TV in every room?
Yes, there is.
Is there internet access?
Yes, there is. High speed internet sockets are in every room for
you to connect your own modem, the lounge is covered by Wireless
and there are 2 computers available to guests in the reception area.
Can you get us tickets to the Roma
or Lazio match?
We’ll be happy to arrange tickets on your behalf for any event,
concert, festival, opera, theatre, tour or football match.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, but please let us know when booking.
Can I arrange an airport transfer?
Yes, you can book this when you book
your room.
What time is check in?
Any time after 2pm.
What time is check out?
Before midday, but you can leave your luggage with us if you like.
Do you have facilities for the disabled?
All rooms have a bath. All areas of the hotel are accessible by
lift. For any other requirements, please enquire when booking.
Do the rooms have a balcony?
Our 6 luxury suites have balconies, standard rooms do not. |
